Clinicast (acquired by Elecktra) chose Leapfrog to build the language of data-driven healthcare, using graph-modeling, to analyze optimal care pathways for Oncology patients using machine learning.
Jack Challis and Krates Ng from a healthcare information technology company were looking for a team to build a data algorithm for Oncology patients that helped health care stakeholders to make informed decisions and maximize outcome while minimizing cost.
Our team used graph modeling to analyze optimal care pathways using Gibbs algorithm. To support the application, we also developed a web app in Java and AngularJS optimized for iPad devices which collected patient’s exit survey.
CliniCast was acquired by Elekta in 2011 to help doctors apply big data to better care for oncology patients
As a startup, it is a big risk in both growing the team too fast and too slow. Leapfrog provides us the flexibility to rapidly scale our team up, and sometimes down. They have a wide range of technical talents to support us on different projects. They understand the changing technical needs of a startup and the experimentation that go with it.Krates Ng
