Challenge
Musashi’s has a fanbase over at Amazon, says Chef Jun Park, and he wants to keep up with that demand by delivering orders directly to the tech campus.
Musashi’s approached our team to augment their famous bar as home base for lunch delivery as well as a standalone restaurant. We helped them build a mobile app targeted for lunch delivery services.
Solution
Our starting point was understanding their vision through a series of interviews. We mapped out the user journey. The goal was to build an app for three groups of users – customers, delivery, and admin. Our UX/UI designed functional screens and workflow. We presented click-through prototypes that explain and confirm how designed features should fit together.
We iteratively presented and validated the features which evolved based on their feedback.
