We are looking for highly motivated individuals to be part of our HR Internship. This program will help you garner the real-life experience of coordinating the workforce of a growing company.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Assist with all HR activities throughout an employee’s tenure from recruitment to exit.
- Excellent communicator – listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- People-oriented with strong interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels
- Ability to organize and interpret complex information
- Curiosity and a willingness to challenge organizational culture where necessary
